There is a slight improvement in the condition of Sir John Macdonald today, but he is gradually losing strength. London, June 2. The illness of Sir John Macdonald causes intense excitement in Canada. There is also f a good deal of anxiety felt in England, and Her Maiestjfcthe Queen is receiving hourly bulletins as to the Premier's health. _
