Owing to the Russian authorities harassing exhibitors and visitors to the Moscow Exhibition; some unpleasantness with France has been occasioned. Notwithstanding that every preparation had been made for the Czar's visit to "the Exhibition, at the last moment lie decided not to leave the Royal Palace, and it is alleged that the cause of the postponement was due to the discovery of a plot to assassinate him.
