London, April 4. A PETITION has been lodged against Alderman Colbury's election for Sligo, on the ground that the priests induced a hundred electors to declare they were illiterate, thus destroying the secrecy of the ballot.
London, April 6. '£:? It is now reported that no petition will be lodged against the return o£ Alderman Colbury for Sligo.
