Sydney, April 4. Black, who has been under arrest for the brutal murder of another man at Nyngan, has confessed to the crime. He states that the dispute occurred over unionism.
[A cablegram published in the Herald on April 2 narrates the circumstances of the tragedy, which are of a particularly atrocious description. The victim, whose name has not yet transpired, was apparently killed with a razor, after a fearful struggle, and his corpse burnt beyond recognition in a fire lighted for that purpose by the roadside. ]
