IMPORTANT ASSAY TESTS. The chairman of directors of the Prospectors' Company, Puhipuhi, has received from Mr. George Peel, battery manager, the following very satisfactory. of the results of several assays made by him of ore taken from the company's mine :— Whangarei, March 28, 1891. To the chairman and directors of the Puhipuhi Inspectors' Company. Gentlemen,—At your request, I herewith luinish you with reports of five assays of samples taken pe-.<»iially from different reefs on your valuable property, and in each case has given satisfactory iv.suits. You will specially note-that "chloride of silver" has been found on your property in small quantities, anil the fact; of such should point to a good future.
