One hundred and sixty cases have occurred in the last three months, and there have been 13 deaths. The last was on the 16th inst. TIPPERARY EIOT CASES. London, March 24. O'Brien and Dillon have been removed to gaol at Cork to give evidence in the Tipperary riot cases. There is great excitement in Cork at their arrival. ♦ THE MARITIME* CONGRESS. Paris, March 24.
