Sydney, March 25. Me. D. Fitzgerald, who recently visited England on behalf of the Labour Unions in Australia, in the course of a speech which he delivered before the Trades and Labour Council last night, announced that during an interview he hud had with Sir George Grey, the latter hadunfolded to him a scheme of nationalisation of coal mines which he intended to submit to the New Zealand Parliament next session.
