BOMBAY PUBLIC HALL GO.

On Saturday evening, January 3lst, tho annual meeting of the shareholders in the Hall was held in the Hall. Mr. D. B. "Allison, chairman of the managing committee, presided. The minutes of last annual meeting were read, and the report and balance-sheet, which wore considered satisfactory. On the motion of Mr. Balme, the report and balance-sheet were adopted, after a few remarks by the Chairman, a dividend of 4b per share was declared. This, being at the rate of 20 per cent., was considered very satisfactory. The meeting decided to reduce the number of the managing committee to five. The . following ' were unanimously elected a managing committee for the current year, viz. : —Messrs. D. B. Allison, J. N. Sawyer, W. Cuthbert, G. Balme, andJas. Sturgeon. The alteration of the date of the annual meeting was discussed, the meeting finally agreeing that the annual meeting should be held on the Saturday on or before the full moon in the month of February. The newly-elected committee appointed Mr. Allison chairman, and Mr. J. N. Sawyer secretary. The dividend is payable on application to the chairman, at his residence, Bombay Road.— [Own Correspondent.]
