THE CAPE LOAN. London, January 22. The Natal 3£ per cent, loan of £2,110,000, will be issued at a minimum of 95 per cent, on January 29. CONGREGATIONAL COUNCIL. London, January 22. The International Council of the Congregational Church opens on July 13. Dr. Dale will be the president. LONDON UNEMPLOYED. London, January 22. There are a hundred thousand unemployed in London.
AMERICAN COINAGE. Washington, January 22. It is predicted that free coinage of silver -will eventually be adopted, restricted, however, to American silver.
LONDON COMMERCIAL. London, January 22. The bank rate is 3£ per cent. The estimated American visible supply of wheat is 46,375,000 bushels.
