[BY TELEGRAPH. — I'HESS ASSOCIATION.] Wang anui, Tuesday. At the Borough Council meeting to night intimation was received, through "he Mayor, from His Excellency the Governor, stating his intention of paying a visit to Wanganui on December 3, accompanied by the Admiral of the German squadron. Great satisfaction was expressed, but the date mentioned is very unfortunate, owing to the general elections on the sth. It is generally understood that the date of the visit may bo altered to the following week
