A MAD GRAND DUKE.

St. Petersburg, October 13. The Grand Duke Nicholas was suddenly attacked with madness during the army manoeuvres at Volhynia, a province of Western Russia.
Affecting scenes took place and the Grand Duke was placed under restraint. :S His physician considers his case a hopeless one.
