Rouse Marten moved his motion ro the private Schools Bill, urging upon all Church memberd to vote for those Diem hers at the general election who will *upp.irt such a measure. Mr. Marten said the resolution was the outcome of a meeting held during the recess, and he was (imply the mouthpiece of the committee. The Rev. Coffey seconded the motion. Mr. ilellicoe spoke strongly against the motion, saying that it was undesirable that the Church should be mixed up in politics to such an extent.
