EXCITEMENT ON THE STOCK
EXCHANGE. Press Association.—Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. London, October 10. There is tremendous excitement on the Stock Exchange to-day, occasioned by the failure of four brokers. Several more failures are exj)ected. [Received October 12, 8 p.m.) London, October 10. There is a reassuring feeling on the Exchange, and it is considered that members were more trightened than hurt. Only nine members have failed, and all those are men of small capital.
