THE IRISH ARRESTS.

Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copyrigh. London, September 25. When brought before the magistrates at Tipperary, the members of Parliament recently arrested refused to answer to their names, and protested against the alleged unfair composition of the Bench. Mr. Condon, M.P., has also been arrested for making inflammatory speeches. The police are excluding the public from the precincts of the Courts in Tipperary. Mr. Harrison, M.P., and others received severe injuries from blows with batons, and Mr. Morley had a narrow escape of being hurt.
