PONSONBY NAVALS V. ROYAL IRISH RIFLES. Tiif, return rifle match between these two companies took place on the Mount Eden range on Saturday afternoon, and resulted in a win for the Royal Irish Rifles by 1$ points. Despite the changeable wind and light, some good scores were made by members of each team. The Royal Irish team used the lonfr rifles, whils the Navals had to rely on their short carbines.
