London, September 4. A MATCH between Lord Londeaboro's eleven and the Australians at Scarboro' was delayed owing to rain, but a start was made to-day. The play of the Australians, who went in first, was feeble, and their innings closed for 77, of which number Turner marie 34. The Englishmen have lost one wicket for three runs. The team in the match to be played at Manchester In a fortnight will not N* the full strength of England, but it is ... strong mixed team of amateurs and professionals.
