ACTION AGAINST AN AUDITOR
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christchdboh, Thursday. In the Supreme Court to-day a verdict was given for the defendant in a case brouphu by the Canterbury Sale Yards Company against F. Wayiuouth, auditor, to recover the amount of defalcations of W. P. brook, late secretary to the company. The' ji"'Y found that Waymouth had nob been negligent as auditor.
