THE ZAMBESI QUESTION.
ATTITUDE OF THE CAPE COLONY.
Capetown, July 28. Me. Cecil Rhodes has given notice ol a, motion in the Cape Parliament to the effect that the Cape Colony ought tc have been consulted respecting the agreement with Portugal as to territory south of the Zambesi, and that the colony claims to have a voice in the disposition of that territory.
