[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION".] CIIRISTCHUKCH, Saturday. Watson* and Co. to-day sold landed properties in the estate of the late Rev. T. K. Fi.-her. The principal property, 740 acres of the Sud'ey farm, Ells mere. was knocked down to Mr. William .McMillan, of Cotcoar, at X' 22 IDs per acre. Some smaller sections in the same locality were sold. The total proceeds of the sale amounted to JL' 18,0<SI>.
