THE ANGLO-GERMAN AGREEMENT.
DEPUTATION TO LORD SALISBURY. London, July 9. A deputation waited on Lord Salisbury to present a protest signed by members of the House of Commons against the African agreement. The Premier, in his reply, maintained a reticent tone.
