IMMIGRATION A EMIGRATION RETURNS.
[f'.V TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. The immigration and emigration return for June show the arrivals to have been 841 and tho departures 1545. The arrivals wero as follows:— From New South Wales 448, from Victoria MIS, from the United Kingdom 139, from Queensland 3, from Tasmania 22, from other places 31 ; total 841. The departures were:—To New South Wales 1009, to Victoria 220, to the United Kingdom 147, to Tasmania I'2, to other places 91, total 1545. The excess of departures over arrivals was 704 persons.
