TWEED CO., whilst thanking their Customers for the very liberal support, which has enabled them to establish a most profitable business, have pleasure in announcing that they have inaugurated a system of PROFIT SHARING WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. For the future they intend to Divide Half-yearly TWENTY-FIVE PER CENT Of the profits, commencing from June 8, 1800. The inducement will enable the Company to secure the very best workmen, who, for their own advantage will take the greatest interest in their work, consequ ntly the customers of the company will be the better served. In the interest of all concerned, the Company reservo to themselves the right to make the following rules : Any workman absenting himself from work through intemperance, or having three bad marks against his work, shall not be entitled to receive his share of the profits, the said share to be dividod amongst the employees of the firm.
