Per ntore they intend to Divide Half-yearly TWENTY-FIVE PER CENT Of the profits, commencing from Jmie 2, 1890. The following are some of tho reasons which have influenced the company in introducing this new system! Ist. It is only equitabto and just i.that those workmen who as-ist in earning the profits should share in them. 2nd. The inducement will enable the Company to secure the very best workmen, who, for their own advantage will take the greatest interest in their work, consequently the customers of tho company will bo the better served. In the interest of all concerned, the Company reserve to themselves the right to make the following rales : Any workman absenting himself from work through intemperance, or having three bad marks I against his work, shall not be entitled to receive his shnre-of the profits, the said share to be divided amongst tlje employees of the firm.
