[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier. Monday. The Liberal Association, after trying in vain to get a local candidate or Mr. Fisher to stand for the Napier sent at the next election against Mr. Ormond, have decided to invite Sir Robert Stout.
