WHOLESALE ARRESTS. SUPPOSED PLOT AGAINST THE CZAR. Pre,, A*,ociati<m.-EUctric ff rapk.-Cop V Paris, May-29. Fifteen Nihilists, includingfour young women, have been arrested here, and -a quantity of bombs were found in their possession. They had orpmsed a_complete Pyrotechnic School, and it is believed were preparing for an attempt on the life of the Czar.
