CRIMINAL CALENDAR.
The following are the cases set down for hearing at tho criminal sittings of the Supreme Court, which will be opened on Monday at eleven o'clock. There are in all 14 charges, but tho calendar, although numerically light, contains some very grave charges, including rape, horsestealing, and an unnatural offence:— Alexander Angus, horse-stealing; Frederick Collard, horse-stealing ; Edmund George, rape; George Clune, larceny ; Joseph Hemmingway, unnatural offence ; Paul Aubrey, malicious injury to property ; Walter Augustus Irving, receiving stolen property ; Christopher Alexander Irving and Leonard Sydney Irving, killing a sheep with intent to steal the carcase : Henry McMurray, forging and uttering ; John Daimon, forgery; David Dawes Russell, breaking and entering ; John or William Whittingham, uttering.
