THE DIVORCE COURT.

[BY telegraph.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. In the Divorce Court this morning the rule absolute was granted in the following cases :—Seeker v. Seeker (husband's petition), Mudford v. Mudford (husband's petition), Carlson v. Carlson (husband's petition), Longhureb v. Longhursb (wife's, petition). In the case of Malcolm v. Malcolm, wife's petition on the grounds of adultery, desertion, and cruelty, a decree nisi was granted. The parties were married in Nelson in 1871.
