THE AUCKLAND MUNICIPAL VALUATIONS.
♦ The city valuer, Mr. Gulliver, has finished the city valuations, and they are now available for inspection at ths City Council offices. Further reductions to the extent of £15,446 have been made, and this amount will probably be increased by the appeals before the Assessment Court when it sits. The valuation of 1889 was £15,658 less than that of 1888, and these reductions were increased by £10,154 additional through the agency of the Assessment Court.
