DANGEROUS CASES.

A member gave notice to move for consideration the question Tiether provision cannot be made for their Sthtinent under isolation for the protection c: the general public, he fearing private petitioners sometimes yield to the temptaloa. and endanger other patients when they hve a case of blood poisoning on their land;. There have been several fatal cases of that nature within the past twelve aontii?. The case in question was brought a from Temuka, and all the doctors here refused to attend. A Dunedin patient is treated in a boardinghouse at a cost of about £10 a week.
