Nobody wishes to assist rogues, bub occasionally honest men come to grief, and ought not to be quite at the mercy of men who fatten on the misfortunes of their fellow beings. Better restrict credit, and do away with bankruptcy laws altogether. Few Acts of Parliament will bind the experienced commercial thief.— am, etc., ; " Data.
