TO THE EDITOR, Sir, — see that the Council of the Chamber of Commerce intend to meet on Monday to discuss the political situation. Might I suggest that it make the meeting one of members, and invite those of the public interested in the action of our Auckland representatives to be present? For my own part, I think the firm attitude of both the Government and the majority of our members is worthy of commendation, and should not pass unnoticed.
