TRUST FUNDS BILL.
LojTDOsr, July i 9. In the House of Lords the Trust Funds Bill was read a second time. Lord Knutsford, in speaking on the measure, said a Department Committee would be appointed to enquire whether trustees should be allowed to invest in colonial securities.
