It 16 understood that the" Board agreed to do so. Some persons coritoiid that a, Charitable Aid Boaid lifts nd, right to use funds piveh to ib for charitable relief towards aiding able-bodied young women out of the country. Ife seems that other members of the family had been oti rations, >ind had been similarly helped out of the country.
