THE PEGASUS TINFIELDS.

Ikvkbcakqill, Wednesday. A. E. Cooltitk, mining expert from Tasmania, reporting on the Pegasus tinfields, says there is every indication that a powerful lode runs through three or six aero leads. He sent over lewt of stream tin obtained in two hours from Tucker's claim, and experienced miners say it is a very rich sample. Couliffe says in all his experience he never saw a more promising wash. He undertakes to form a company and work Tucker's claim, and expresses the opinion that it will bo a mine when the present owners are no more.
