Further evidence (if such is needed) of the gradual bringing together of producer "*u# consumer is to be found in the face that Mr. W. Skeates, watchmaker, of 138, Queenstreet, special agent for Rotherham's Patent Lever Watches, is enabled to offer _these splendid timekeepers at so low a price as four guineas. Such cheapness, combined with many late improvements, is a booju indeed to those who value correct time.
