TONKS & CO. gave received iutructions to sell by auction on Wednesday, the 10th April, ai 12 o'clock noon, ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND in the District of Waikato, containing 7493 acres, more or less, being Matakeia, Kahutopouoa, Te Whakahongi, Pourewa, Kerilione, and Pakarau Blocks. The above Property is situated in the Waihou District, six miles from the Thames Goldfields, on the line of the Oxford Railway, the station known ok Kiwitahi being on the property. There are three to four thousand acres in grass. The estate la all fenced, and abounds with never-failing streams of water.
