Berlin, has banquetted the Emperor and Empress, and the relations between „ 4 Lord Salisbury and Count Herbert Bismarck, now on a visit to England, are of a most cordial character. It is expected that when the Emperor visits England officially, he will be reconciled to the Prince of Wales.
