A BANKRUPT SENT 'TO PRISON.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—FRE33 ASSOCIATION.] Chrlstohurch, Thursday In the Supreme Court to-day, a bankrupt, John Henderson, underwent public examination. Mr. Joynt formulated a charge against him under subsections 3 and 4, section 171 of the Act, for nob keeping proper books and accounts. The bankrupt, ib was shown, had not kept any for three years. He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment.
