THE OTAGO HARBOUR BOARD.
[BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION'.] Duxkdi.v, Thursday. The state of the revenue and expenditure of the Harbour Board was submitted by the treasurer to-day. It exactly balances. No provision, however, is made for dredging, and from tho report made by the Harbourmaster this appears to bo a necessity, as tho Victoria Channel is shoaling in several places.
