The barque Kingdom of Sweden yesterday completed her loading for London, and will sail on Monday at daylight. She has under hatches a varied and valuable cargo, the chief item of which is a shipment or nearly 2700 cases kauri gum, the balance being made up of flax, wool, bark, manganese, etc. Since her arrival from Brisbane, Captain Cooper and the agents have pushed forward the loading of the vessel with commendable vigour. The freight is a fairly good one in regard to putting the vessel in sailing trim, and we wish the " Sweden " and her SKipper a speedy and pleasant voyage home. About 0 o clock yesterday morning the Northern S.S. Co.'s Clansman returned from her weekly trip to the North, bringing a good number of passengers, and a freight comprising 322 sacks kauri gum, 64 cases fruit, 34 bundles bark, 7 sacks fungus, and 6 heifers. The brigantine Stanley, which arrived on Thursday night from Newcastle and anchored in the stream, was yesterday forenoon berthed alongside the Hobson-street Wharf, where aho will discharge her black diamonds." At the Railway Wharf the crack American barquentine William Phillips has almost completed her loading of gum for New York, ami has about 3700 cases on board. She will probably be cleared to-day, and take her departure on Monday for the States.
