A NARROW ESCAPE.
[B7 TRIiEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Hokitika, Monday. A youth named William Lochore was nearly drowned while bathing in the e-urf at Hokitika yesterday morning. After swimming some time he became exhausted and sank. He was washed close in, and was dragged ashore. About three hours elapsed before he recovered consciousness. He is all right now.
