[BV TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunedxk, Thursday. The police havo no clue to the mother of the child whose body was found in tho harbour. At the inquest a deal of evidence was to tho effect that the body was too decomposed to allow of judgment being formed as to whether the child had lived! The coroner said when the infant was found dead the law presumed it was born dead, unless there was proof of it having lived. An open verdict was returned.
