[BY TELEGRAPH. — PRKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington", Thursday. At tho Supreme Court, in the caso Cobb and Co. (William Andrew Young) v. Wellington Tramway Company, olaiming £7500 damages for alleged infringement of patent, au amended statement of claim was put in reducing tho amount to £1000. After hearing tho evidence of tho plaintiff, the ciioo was adjournod until Wednesday next.
