At tho annual meeting of the Auckland Institute of Architects, tho following officoboarers were elected for the ensuing year: -Mr. E. Bartloy, president; Mr. W. R. Keals, vice-president; Mr. H. G. Wado, treasurer; Air. W, F. Hammond, hon. secretary; Mr. W. R. Watt, secretary; Messrs. E. Bell, T. Mahoney, and H. Allright, members of Council. Three new' members were proposed for election at the next meeting—Messrs. Robert Mahouoy, Horace Hammond, and Edward Keala. A letter was read from Mr. J. Sanderson, architect, New Plymouth, urging the Institute to petition Parliament for the registration of architects on the lines of the Bill before the Imperial Parliament.
