GERMANY'S POLICY. SPEECH BY PRINCE BISMARCK,. Received January 17, 1.25 a.m. Berlin, January Iβ. v . Referring, in the Reichstag, to remarks made in connection with Samoan affairs, Prince Bismarck contended that the German colonial policy was not to be abandoned because of the errors and sacrifices that had been made at the outset. When the official reports as to what had taken place in Samoa came to hand, the German Government would decide what action to take.
