I Gazette in Bankruptcy. TN BANKRUPTCY. IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BANKRUPTCY HOLDEN AT AUCKLAND. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, and of the Bankruptcy of ALBERT HENRY TRUBSHAW, of Remuera, Storekeeper, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that by an order Of the said Court at Auckland, the abovenamed Albert Henry Trubahaw was this day adjudicated a Bankrupt within the intent and meaning of the abovementioned Act. The First General Meeting of Creditors will be hold at my office, Government Insurance Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland, on MONDAY, the 21st January, 1889, at eleven o'clock. Proofs of debt must be furnished prior to the meeting. Proxy forms can bo obtained at my office No proof can be admitted except under order of the Court after the expiration of four months from the date of the filing of the petition.
