Superior greasy has advanced id to Id per lb; medium and inferior grease have advanced id per lb barely : scourea has advanced £d to Id per lb ; medium crossbred Id per lb, and coarse crossbred to Id per lb. Lambs have advanced per lb, except faulty. The sale comprised about 155,000 bales ; 5000 bales have been held over for future disposal ; 90,000 bales have been taken for the Continent, and 3000 bales have been taken for America. Tallow.There is a fair speculative demand, but there is less trade demand. Good mutton and good beef tallows are worth 35s and 33s 3d per cwt. respectively.
