After the island called Pleasant Island has been declared as under the Imperial German protectorate, and placed under the administration of the Marshall, Brown, and Providence Islands by Imperial Proclamation, the following Highest Imperial Order of 13th October, 1886, will take effect, and will run as follows SI. It is prohibited to import into Pleasant Island firearms, shooting requisites, and gun-powder, (in- ! eluding blasting powders), of any description what--1 soever. i 52.
