I, Frederick John William Gascoyne, Sheriff of the District of Auckland, New Zealand, hereby give 3 notice that under a Writ of Sale, duly Issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, wherein Robert Thomas Leyson ia Plaintiff, and Thomas Baker, is Defendant, I have taken in execution all those Lots Nos. 142. 144, 145, and . 146, Subdivision of Allotments 32 and S3 of Section 8 of the Suburbs of Auckland, each lot having a frontage to Richmond Road, of 40ft with a depth of 99ft with all the rights and appurtenances thereto belonging.
