SPEECHES OF DILLON AND TANNER. [PRESS ASSOCIATION^ London, October 8. In addressing a meeting, Mr. Dillon declared that recent legislation had inspired the landlords with new courage, and he appealed to the tenants to strike one more bjow to support their rights. Dr. Tanner, M.P. for Mid Cork, is inciting the people of Tipperary to redouble their tactics of boycotting, and to banish the land grabbers from Ireland.
